Changing or Cancelling and Order
Is it possible to make changes/deletions/additions to an existing order?
Most likely YES, if your order is still being processed. Please call our Childish Customer Service representatives ASAP! We are here to help you with your order from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Once we receive your order, whether online or phone, we strive to ship as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once an order is sent to our Shipping Department for final packing, it's too late. In this case, simply call us to help you get what you need.
